The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of plates by isolating urea from glue.
PRI me R 1. Chipboards are made in a laboratory setup of wood particles with varying moisture content. A treatment liquid is prepared containing 17.6% by weight of dispersed paraffin wax with a melting point of 52 ° C, 39.0% by weight of dissolved urea and 43.4% by weight of water.
In the first experiment 1 (the properties of the plates, depending on the moisture content of wood particles treated with a mixture of wax and urea, are given in Table 1) from wood
particles prepare the standard, having a moisture content of 3%. The particles are directly mixed with 0.5% wax and glue, molded into a mat and pressed.
